The Executive meets regularly throughout the year – our membership is made up of the Clubs and Schools that participate in our Competitions – we do except submission of issues directly however channelling these through your Club or School can sometimes expediate an answer or a resolution to an issue. Internal Club issues should be directed in the first instance to the Junior Club or School Convenor and their internal committees

This form is report a issue with a Ground on which Cricket is played that could effect the safe playing of a game

This form should be completed to alert the CJCA to any incident that contravenes the CJCA Code of Conduct or detracts from the positive experience for Players, Volunteers, Supporters or Members of the Public. Incidents that result in injury that requires admission to Hospital MUST BE REPORTED and Incidents that require treatment or that could classify as a “Near Miss” should be in the first instance be reported to the Junior Club or School Convenor so they can make a ‘Ecoportal” report which is viewed by governing bodies from CJCA to Canterbury and New Zealand Cricket
