The Executive meets regularly throughout the year – our membership is made up of the Clubs and Schools that participate in our Competitions – we do except submission of issues directly however channelling these through your Club or School can sometimes expediate an answer or a resolution to an issue. Internal Club issues should be directed in the first instance to the Junior Club or School Convenor and their internal committees

Report a Ground Issue
This form is report a issue with a Ground on which Cricket is played that could effect the safe playing of a game
Report a Doubtful Bowling Action
For use by umpires, coaches and administrators when reporting a bowler whose action may be illegal. Players should not be warned, no balled, or barred from bowling in a match unless throwing is very clear or deliberate.
Players should be reported in all instances at Year 5 & above (Hardball grades) so the CJCA can work with the CLUB and PLAYER concerned to rectify the action as soon as possible.
Reports below Year 5 can be made so to inform clubs that a actions needs work but this report is mainly to prevent danerous bowling practices or assist players to develop a LEGAL ACTION.

Report a Incident
This form should be completed to alert the CJCA to any incident that contravenes the CJCA Code of Conduct or detracts from the positive experience for Players, Volunteers, Supporters or Members of the Public. Should the incident be significant please involve the Junior Club Convenor for your Club or School so they are aware of the incident. Link to Club & School contacts

Incidents that result in injury that requires admission to Hospital MUST BE REPORTED and Incidents that require treatment or that could classify as a “Near Miss” should be in the first instance be reported to the Junior Club or School Convenor so they can make a ‘Ecoportal” report which is viewed by governing bodies from CJCA to Canterbury and New Zealand Cricket
