For use by umpires, coaches and administrators when reporting a bowler whose action may be illegal.
Players should not be warned, no balled, or barred from bowling in a match unless throwing is very clear or deliberate.
Players should be reported in all instances at Year 5 & above (Hardball grades) so the CJCA can work with the CLUB and PLAYER concerned to rectify the action as soon as possible.
Reports below Year 5 can be made so to inform clubs that an action needs work, but this report is mainly to prevent dangerous bowling practices or assist players to develop a LEGAL ACTION.
