Christchurch Junior Cricket Association is incorporated for the purpose of governing and promoting amateur cricket for the recreation or entertainment of the general public of the Christchurch region.
The CJCA is an Incorporated Society governed by a board of volunteer directors who are elected by the members.
We have vacancies at the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on October 27th for the following positions –
- Chairperson
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Executive committee members (2-4)
A number of the current executive members have indicated that they will be seeking nomination again, but this does not prevent others interested from also seeking nomination. The CJCA is looking for directors who bring a willingness and resilience to contribute to and to challenge our current thinking. There are many reasons you might consider this role:
