Nominations for the next CJCA SUMMER Tournament, starting 24th February 2012 are now open. Girls are now playing on the 17th and 24th Feb so they can use the CBHS grounds which are busy in March.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU ENTER THE NAME AS John Smith (not all lower or upper case) when completing the Nomination form.
Enter the following SCHOOL YEAR
Boys - actual school year for the time of the tournament
Girls - school year at the start of the cricket season. If new Yr 5 for the Summer Tournament, enter as Yr 5.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ensure that you complete both pages of the nomination form. The second page appears when you click 'Next' at the bottom of the first page. The second will show you the time slots still available but, if all are full, it will alert us that someone wanted to be nominated but the times were all full and we will contact you by email. If, for some unknown reason, the second page does not come up, please try completing the first page once more and if that fails contact me by email (details below).
All eligible players nominated will be trialled and selections will only be made from players that have trialled (unless special circumstances apply). Nominations close from 5pm on Friday 8th February and then three days before each subsequent trial, this enables the trial sheets to be prepared. Unless the trials are at capacity we will not turn anyone away, so contact one of the girls grade managers or Barry Hazeldine for the boys, see below, if you are having any problems.
Trials of 1 hour duration will be held at the COMMUNITY CRICKET CENTRE, 81 BUCHANANS RD, HORNBY. If selected, a tournament fee will be payable to help cover the running costs.
Trials dates and times:
Girls all years : Sunday 10th Feb 2013 - Yrs 7/8, 10.00 - 11.00; Yrs 5/6, 11.00 - 12.00 pm
Boys Year 6 : Sunday 10th Feb 2013 - 12.00 - 4.00 pm
NOTE ONLY PLAYERS ACTUALLY IN YEAR 6 MAY ATTEND THE BOYS YEAR 6 TRIAL
Boys Year 7 : Monday 11th Feb 2013 - 4.30 - 8.30pm
Boys Year 8 : Wednesday 13th Feb 2013 - 4.30 - 8.30pm
ALL PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO PLAY ALL 3 (2 for the girls) TOURNAMENT MATCHES IF THEY WISH TO TRIAL
