Nominations for the CJCA Summer Tournament starting 21st February 2010 are now fully open and the Nomination form is available here . (Updated 17th Decemeber 2009)

All eligible players nominated will be trialled and selections will only be made from players that have trialled (unless special circumstances apply).  Nominations will close 5 pm on Friday 5th February 2010 so that the trial sheets can be prepared over the weekend - note year 7 nominations close 5pm 4 Feb. Unless the trials are at capacity we will try and not turn anyone away, so contact the girls grade manager, John Purdie, or Barry Hazeldine for the boys, on 356 1991, if you are having any problems.

Trials of 1 hour duration will be held at the CCA’s Centre of Excellence at 23A Iversen Terrace. If selected, a tournament fee is payable.

Trials dates and times will appear below:

Girls (Yrs 5 - 8)  :  Sunday 7th February  9 - 12 am
Boys Year 6       :  Wednesday 10th February 4 - 8 pm* 
Boys Year 7       :  Friday 5th February 4 - 8 pm* (avoids the ODI in Christchurch on the 11th Feb) 
Boys Year 8       :  Friday 12th February 4 - 8 pm* 

See the trials page for individual trial times. *Initially we will try and keep it to 3 hours but will open up the 4th hour (7 pm start), if nomination numbers are sufficient.

If you have any problems with your availability to trial or take part in any of the scheduled tournament days or if you are able to assist with helping us manage the trials or tournament, then please make notes in the comments field of the nomination form.
